COMPACT OZONE GENERATORS
The Compact range of wall mounted ozone generators incorporating ceramic corona discharge modules for powerful performance and long term reliability whilst operating under vacuum for operator safety. A full range of accessories are available including compact vacuum air dryers, contact-degassing units, vent systems,injectors and pumps. By combining units, outputs range from 1 to 8 grams per hour.
TOGC8X, 13X & 45X Ozone Package
The TOGC8X, 13X & 45X are corona discharge ozone generators with variable output complete with an integrated oxygen concentrator and compressor. These models produce up to 8g/h, 13g/h or 45g/h, respectively, for smaller industrial ozone applications.
Each system incorporates function indicators, feed gas flowmeter, oxygen concentrator and variable output control, as well as a compressor driven oxygen concentrator with automatically regenerated desiccant columns.
M6 Ozone Generators
The M6 range of ozone generators are a cost effective alternative to the M4 Series but utilise the same operating design parameters and water cooled corona discharge modules. The generators include air dryers and are available with either manual or automatic ozone output control.Units are available with outputs from 15 to 200 grams per hour.
M7 Ozone Generators
A new range of ozone generators that are a direct replacement for the M4 range. These units have been designed to operate under vacuum conditions thereby eliminating the possibility of ozone leakage. The generators include air dryers with pre-chiller, dewpoint monitoring and now incorporate frequency inverters for higher ozone yield as well as fully variable automatic ozone output control. Standard units are available with outputs from 65 to 650 grams per hour - higher outputs on request.
Uvaray CF Medium Pressure UV Disinfection Systems
A cost effective alternative to the standard Uvaray UV Systems utilising similar Medium Pressure UV lamp and ballast technology. The UV vessel has an in-line design and is manufactured in 316 Stainless Steel. The in-line design makes it simpler to install and results in lower capital costs and power consumption when compared with standard UVARAY systems. The control Panel incorporates the usual Uvaray® microprocessor control, Smartdrive® automatic wiper system, UV intensity monitoring, and power turndown for overnight operation. Units are available for flows up to 830 m3/h.
Uvaray Medium Pressure UV Disinfection Systems
The UVARAY medium pressure UV system is designed for disinfection of commercial swimming pools. Medium pressure UV systems are particularly effective against the highly infectious Cryptosporidium Parvum and Giardia Lamblia species which are virtually unaffected by the use of chlorine alone.
The Aquaray® LP range offers a compact and high efficiency UV system for small water plants with a range of flow rates from 10 to 40 m3/h (44 to 176 GPM) with exceptional reliability and ease of operation.
The Aquaray® LP units have been designed to disinfect potable or process water. The germicidal effect of the UV light inactivates most micro-organisms such as bacteria, viruses and parasites. UV is known to be particularly efficient to inactivate Cryptosporidium Parvum and Giardia Lamblia.
The Aquaray® LPVC high power low pressure UV systems have been specifically designed as cost effective units for use in Aquariums or salt water applications with a range of flow rates from 10 to 20 m3/h (44 to 88 GPM). The enclosure is fitted with a main ON/OFF switch, Lamp Fault indicator and hours run meter. The enclosure also houses the electronic ballasts which are used to power the UV lamps. The system is very easy to install in standard uPVC pipework systems. The system utilizes simple controls for easy operation.
Uvaspa SS range of equipment is a cost effective addition to the range of Triogen UV systems offering small/private pools, spas and aquariums the benefits of medium pressure UV technology at lower cost. The reactor body is supplied in stainless steel with uPVC connections. The units have a unique lamp and thimble removal system which allow an easy manual cleaning without the need of special tools. Units are available for flows up to 75 m³/h.
The Aquaray® MPVC medium pressure UV systems have been specifically designed as cost effective units for use in Aquariums or other salt water applications with a range of flow rates from 20 to 115 m3/h (85 to 490 GPM). The reactor body is manufactured in uPVC material to avoid internal corrosion that often occurs with welded fabrications. The use of our quick release lamp powerhead connector also allows quick and easy lamp cleaning and replacement. The system utilizes simple controls for easy operation.
UVAZONE Series 150
The UVAZONE 150 offers the unique process of advanced oxidation for treatment of commercial swimming pool water. This process combines the disinfection properties of ozone and UV making the UVAZONE 150 the most advanced pool water purification system available.
