Ozone oxidises the urea/ammonia responsible for chloramine production as well as chloramines formed. This precursor reduction also leads to reductions in THM levels. Generated on-site, dissolving ozone gas in water kills all bacteria and viruses leaving water with the highest level of clarity and brightness, free from odour and taste. All triogen® O3 ozone systems operate under full vacuum, thus eliminating the risk of ozone gas leakage.

triogen® O3 XS
The triogen® O3 XS range of low output wall mounted ozone generators feature high intensity low power UV lamps specifically designed small aquatic applications, such as aquarium quarantine tanks. The systems operate under vacuum conditions for operator safety. Accessories are available including contact-degassing tanks, injector, water trap and booster pump. Ozone outputs up to 0.5 grams per hour.
triogen® O3 S
The triogen® O3 S is a compact range of wall mounted ozone generators incorporating ceramic corona discharge modules for powerful performance and long term reliability whilst operating under vacuum for operator safety. A full range of accessories are available including, contact-degassing tank, injectors&water trap and booster pumps. By combining units, outputs range from 2 to 8 grams per hour.
The triogen® O₃ TOGC are corona discharge ozone generators with variable output complete with an integrated oxygen concentrator and compressor. These models produce ozone up to 55g/hand are commonly used in various ozone applications for industry, aquaculture and aquariums.
Each system incorporates function indicators, feed gas flowmeter and variable output control, as well as a compressor driven oxygen concentrator with automatically regenerated desiccant columns for air drying.
triogen® O3 CFS
The triogen® O3 CFS range is an answer for small to medium sized ozone applications. The design is based on feedback from hundreds of operators and includes the latest technology to ensure continuous operation at full load in industrial environments.
The triogen® O3 CFS range integrates the ozone generator, the power supply, control system, process related control equipment and interconnections inside a single compact cabinet. The control system ensures flexible operation and allows integration into all types of plant concepts. Ozone output up to 2,070g/h and is also commonly used for disinfection of for swimming pools, water parks, aquariums, fountains and water features.
triogen® O3 M Series
The triogen® O₃ M Series range of ozone generators comprises numerous models to suit all needs and applications.
The most popular range is triogen® O3 M6 models, cost effective ozone generators incorporating "free glass tube" stainless steel corona discharge modules for powerful performance and long term reliability. These units have been designed to operate under full vacuum conditions thereby eliminating the possibility of ozone leakage. The generators include air dryers and are available with either manual or automatic ozone output control. Ozone outputs from 15 to 260g/h.
triogen® O₃ M7 models. The generators include air dryers with pre-chiller, dewpoint monitoring and now incorporate frequency inverters for higher ozone yield as well as fully variable automatic ozone output control. Standard units are available with outputs from 65 to 650g/h - higher outputs are available on request.
The triogen® O₃ LAB2B corona discharge ozone generator is a small air-cooled unit specifically designed for laboratory research. It offers a compact system to obtain a variable ozone output up to 10g O₃/h. Operating on various feed gases such as dried air or oxygen, the LAB2B can produce concentrations up to 10% volume.
The triogen® O₃ TOGC2 is wall-mounted corona discharge ozone generator featuring a stainless steel enclosure. This model produces ozone up to 4g O₃/h using air and 10g O₃/h using oxygen. This compact system is commonly used in various ozone applications for industrial oxidation processes, drinking water and waste water.
Ozone UV Ancillary equipment
